As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers and help them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare, while providing an exceptional Nike store experience.
This is a fast-paced, high-traffic environment where you will work across store zones and consumer needs as part of a collaborative team focused on service, brand trust, and loyalty.
Compensation and scheduling
The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.00. Seasonal employees may work up to 40 hours per week based on business needs. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type.

Qualifications
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
