Become a part of the NIKE, Inc. team as a Retail Associate, also known as an Athlete. You will help consumers discover products, build brand trust and loyalty, and deliver an exceptional Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.50.
Retail schedules are generally arranged between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type.
Expected Retail Hours
- Full-time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part-time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part-time under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be at least 18 years old
