NIKE, Inc. is looking for Retail Associates, known as Athletes, to bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You will help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare while delivering an exceptional Nike store experience.
This is a fast-paced, high-traffic role requiring teamwork, optimism, flexibility, and a commitment to consumer service. You will work across store zones and consumer needs while building brand trust and loyalty.
Starting hourly rate: $18.00
Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type.
Expected Retail Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be at least 18 years old
