As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs, contributing to the ultimate Nike store experience.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.00.
Schedules are generally between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands. Seasonal employees may work up to 40 hours per week based on business need.

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
