Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate

As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them. You work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs, helping provide the ultimate Nike store experience.

• Lead with service and understand the consumer’s needs.
• Know the product, honor the details, keep the store sharp, and move with purpose.
• Build connections with consumers and teammates while creating an inclusive environment.
• Communicate honestly and model reliability in every interaction.

Leading With Your Best

• Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.

Starting hourly rate: $17.00
