Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment while working as part of a team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.00.
Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store’s timezone. Specific schedules vary by location, season and business demands.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week

Qualifications
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays as needed.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18.
