NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Associate, also known as an Athlete, to help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You will serve consumers, build brand trust and loyalty, and help create an exceptional Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.00.
Retail employees must commit to their availability and maintain flexibility within those hours. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type.
Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
