Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment while working as part of a team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
Starting hourly rate: $16.00
Retail employment requires commitment to your availability and flexibility within those hours. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by department and store needs
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be at least 18 years old
