About the role
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You will build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment while providing the ultimate Nike store experience.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.50. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Overnight positions may work shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands.
Expected hours
- Full-time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part-time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part-time under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be at least 18 years old
