Role Overview
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment while working as part of a team to deliver the ultimate Nike store experience.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.00.
Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store’s timezone. Overnight positions may work shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands.
Expected Retail Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be at least 18 years old
