Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate
As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover products that inspire them. You’ll build brand trust and loyalty while delivering the ultimate Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

- Lead with service and understand consumers’ needs.
- Know the product, honor the details, keep the store sharp, hit goals, and move with purpose.
- Build connections with consumers and teammates, share knowledge, and create an inclusive environment.
- Communicate honestly and model reliability in every interaction.
Leading With Your Best
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
Starting hourly rate: $15.50
