Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers and help them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs. Together with your team, you’ll build brand trust and loyalty while providing the ultimate Nike store experience.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.00.
Schedules generally fall between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
