Role overview
As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life by helping consumers discover products that inspire them. You serve consumers in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment while building brand trust and loyalty as part of a collaborative team.
What you’ll do
- Provide excellent service and guide consumers to products that support their performance.
- Build connections with consumers and teammates while creating an inclusive, supportive environment.
- Share product knowledge and maintain elevated store standards.
- Communicate honestly, demonstrate reliability, and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on store needs.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
- An online assessment is part of the application process.
Compensation and benefits
The starting hourly rate is $16.00.
- Discounts of up to 50% for eligible employees and family members on Nike, Converse, and Jordan products.
- Tuition assistance of up to $5,250 per calendar year, where eligible.
