As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them, building brand trust and loyalty while providing the ultimate Nike store experience.

Leading With Your Best

• Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store needs.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• The starting hourly rate is $16.00.
• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.

Assessment and Hiring Process

For retail roles, the hiring process includes an interactive assessment with a chat and quizzes that takes approximately 10–20 minutes, followed by interviews for selected candidates.
