Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate—known as an Athlete—you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the products that inspire them, building brand trust and loyalty while delivering the ultimate Nike store experience.
This is a fast-paced, high-traffic environment where you will work across store zones and consumer needs as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation and Scheduling
The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.50.
Retail shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, store needs, and employment type. Flexibility and commitment to stated availability are core components of retail employment.
- Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
