Retail Associate
As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers and help them discover products that inspire them, while building brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment.

- Lead with service and understand the consumer’s needs.
- Know the product, honor the details, and keep the store sharp.
- Build connections with consumers and teammates.
- Bring integrity, reliability, and honest communication to every interaction.
Leading With Your Best
- Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on department and store or company needs.
- Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.00.
