Be an All Star as a Converse Retail Associate
We’re looking for an energetic, authentic, and customer-focused Retail Associate to join the Converse team. You’ll help customers find products that elevate their performance, maintain store standards, achieve goals, and create an inclusive environment for consumers and teammates.

Starting hourly rate: $18.50
Retail schedules generally fall between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s timezone. Overnight positions may work between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
