Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate
As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment while working as part of a team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.

- Fuel the day’s momentum by knowing the product, honoring details, keeping the store sharp, and working toward goals.
- Build connections with consumers and teammates, share knowledge, and create an inclusive environment.
- Bring integrity, communicate honestly, and demonstrate reliability.
Leading With Your Best
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on store needs.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50.
