NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Associate, also known as an Athlete, to join the team at Nike Tsawwassen Mills in British Columbia. This part-time role offers 14–29 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay rate: $18.00 per hour
- Hourly rate range: $18.50–$24.05

What You’ll Do
- Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable support about NIKE products and services.
- Welcome customers, understand their fitness needs, and exceed expectations throughout their experience.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and participate in store events.
- Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual display duties.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Authentic customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
