Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate—known as an Athlete—you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment while working as part of one team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
Starting hourly rate: $15.50
Retail shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type. Part-time employees generally work 14–29 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be at least 18 years old
