Role Overview
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs, collaborating with teammates to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
Starting hourly rate: $19.00
Hours and Scheduling
Retail shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type.
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
