Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic store environment while working as part of a team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
Starting hourly rate: $17.00
Retail shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule shifts within your availability, but business needs may occasionally require additional or different availability.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
