Nike Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate—known as an Athlete—you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them. You’re in the store building brand trust and loyalty while working as part of a fast-paced, high-traffic team.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50.
Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store’s timezone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours/week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours/week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours/week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours/week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be at least 18
