Retail Associate PT - Nike Marche Central

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate, referred to as an Athlete, for the Nike Marche Central store in Quebec. This part-time role involves providing customer service, supporting store operations, and helping customers find the right products.

Schedule and compensation

• Part-time, 14–29 hours per week
• Starting pay rate: $17.50
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Authentic customer service skills
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable support about NIKE products and services
• Deliver a welcoming customer experience and exceed customer expectations
• Work positively and collaboratively with teammates and customers
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness
• Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual display duties
• Attend store events and support teammates
