Location and Hours
- Location: Nike Kanata, Ottawa, Ontario
- Starting pay rate: $18.00
- Hours: Part-time, 14–29 hours per week, including nights and weekends
About the Role
As a Nike Retail Associate, you’re the face of NIKE. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, helping customers make the best decisions and working with your team to deliver excellent service.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
- Authentic customer service skills
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic, excited and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services
- Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers
- Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations
- Demonstrate integrity, reliability, professionalism and kindness
- Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning and visual display duties
