Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them. You work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs, collaborating with teammates to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50.
Retail shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type. Managers will make every effort to schedule shifts within your stated availability, although business needs may occasionally require additional or different availability.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible with scheduling and available for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Relocation support and work authorization assistance are not available
