Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them. You’ll build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment while working as part of a team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
Starting hourly rate: $18.50
Retail shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season and business demands.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be at least 18 years old
