Retail Associate
As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty while working as part of a fast-paced, high-traffic store team.

- Lead with service and understand the consumer’s needs.
- Know the product, honor the details, keep the store sharp, and work with purpose.
- Build connections with consumers and teammates, share knowledge, and create an inclusive environment.
- Communicate honestly and model reliability in every interaction.
Requirements
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00.
