Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate
As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty while providing the ultimate Nike store experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

- Lead with service and understand the consumer’s needs.
- Know the product, honor the details, keep the store sharp, and move with purpose.
- Build connections with consumers and teammates while creating an inclusive environment.
- Communicate honestly and model reliability in every interaction.
Leading With Your Best
- Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on store needs.
- Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Be at least 18 years old in the United States.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.50.
