Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate

As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs, contributing to the ultimate Nike store experience.

• Lead with service and understand consumers’ needs.
• Know the product, honor details, and keep the store sharp.
• Build connections with consumers and teammates.
• Bring integrity, reliability, and optimism to every interaction.

Leading With Your Best

• Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• The starting hourly rate is $15.50.
• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
