Role Details
- Location: Nike Niagara On The Lake, Niagara On The Lake, Ontario
- Starting pay: $18.50
- Schedule: Part-time, 14–29 hours per week, including nights and weekends
About the Role
As a Nike Retail Associate, you are the face of NIKE and help customers make the best decisions for them in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will work with your team to deliver excellent customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to use customer service authentically and ensure customers feel seen and understood.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic, excited and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services.
- Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers.
- Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations throughout their journey.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability and kindness.
- Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning and visual display duties.
- Attend store events and support teammates.
