Retail Associate – Nike Mumbai Dahisar

NIKE, Inc. is looking for the next Athlete (Retail Associate) to join its new team in Dahisar, Mumbai. Positions include back-of-house stock and front-of-house associates.

As a Nike Direct Athlete, you will provide world-class service to consumers using four service principles:

• Know: Build an authentic connection with consumers by getting to know them and guiding their journey.
• Equip: Use product and service knowledge and expertise to equip consumers.
• Engage: Connect with consumers by inviting them to engage with Nike.
• Inspire: Create an emotional connection between the brand and consumers.

What will you work on?

• Demonstrate enthusiasm for Nike products and services and learn the fundamentals of store Athlete roles, including service, visual presentation and stockroom operations.
• Deliver the best possible service and attention to consumers.
• Assist with daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
• Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates and support store events.
• Work varied hours and days to meet business needs.
• Maintain knowledge of store departments and operate the cash register for regular transactions.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, clean the store and build visual displays when necessary.

What you bring

• Completed secondary school qualification.
• Ability to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
