As a Nike Direct Athlete, you provide world-class service to the consumer using four service principles:

What Will You Work On?

You will demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of store Athlete roles, including Service, Visual Presentation and Stockroom. You will deliver excellent service, assist with daily retail operations, develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates, support store events, and work varied hours and days to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, shipping and receiving, stocking the sales floor, cleaning and building visual displays when necessary.

What You Bring

• Must have completed SPM.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
• Able to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
