Retail Associate II

NIKE, Inc. is looking for an Athlete to join the retail team at JOC - Serravalle. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and store operations.

What you'll do

• Use customer service experience and strong product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
• Assist Leads and Coaches with training new employees.
• Support different store departments, including cash registers, inbound and outbound merchandise, replenishment and displays.
• Recommend suitable products to help achieve sales targets.
• Use digital device knowledge to connect in-store sales with online and offline services.
• Inform customers and new colleagues about NIKE products and services.
• Continue learning through NIKE tools and training on sales trends, products, services and culture.
