Role overview
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment while working across store zones and consumer needs as part of a collaborative team.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.25.
Retail schedules are generally between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Specific schedules vary by location, season, business demands, and employment type. Full-time retail hours are 32–40 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
