About the role
As a Nike Retail Associate, you are the face of NIKE, supporting customers in a high-volume, fast-paced store environment and helping them make the best product decisions.
Location and schedule
- Store: Nike Marche Central
- Location: Montreal, Quebec
- Schedule: Full-time, 30–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Starting pay: $17.50

Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
- Authentic customer service skills
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
Responsibilities
- Share enthusiasm and knowledge about NIKE products and services to support customer needs
- Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers
- Welcome customers, understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, reliability and kindness
- Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning and visual-display duties
- Attend store events and support teammates
