Role
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers by helping them discover products that inspire them to move, dream and dare. You build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment while working as part of a team to provide the ultimate Nike store experience.
Starting hourly rate: $19.00
Retail employment requires commitment to scheduled hours and flexibility within your availability. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s time zone. Schedules vary by location, season, business demands and employment type.
Expected Retail Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be at least 18 years old
