Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate
As a Nike Retail Associate, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover the product that inspires them. You work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs, contributing to the ultimate Nike store experience.

- Lead with service: Understand consumer needs and guide them to products that elevate their performance.
- Fuel the day’s momentum: Know the product, honor the details, keep the store sharp, hit goals, and move with purpose.
- Build connection: Support consumers and teammates, share knowledge, and create an inclusive environment.
- Bring integrity: Meet elevated standards, communicate honestly, and model reliability.
Leading With Your Best
- Be flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays based on store needs.
- Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- The starting hourly rate is $16.00.
- Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
