What you’ll do

• Provide world-class service using Nike’s four service principles: Know, Equip, Engage, and Inspire.
• Learn the fundamentals of store Athlete roles, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom.
• Support daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
• Build positive relationships with consumers and teammates and support store events.
• Work varied hours and days to meet business needs.
• Operate the cash register, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the sales floor, clean, and build visual displays when necessary.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED, either completed or in progress.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
