Purpose and impact on organization

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand, serving and selling effectively to customers, and diligently executing store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets and use available resources to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values.
• Use seasonal brand and product knowledge during sales interactions.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Process deliveries, replenish fixtures, and ensure the product offer is represented on the sales floor.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss in the stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
• Complete applicable training and apply learning on the job.
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to improve performance.

Customers, peers, and supervisor.

Minimum qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Preferably six months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercially focused retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
