Job description
As a Retail Assistant at Primark Ayr, you’ll help create an amazing customer experience while supporting the smooth running of the store.
What you’ll do
- Assist customers with sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
- Set up an attractive shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and the latest fashions.
- Deliver a fast and friendly till experience, processing queries, voids and returns.
- Receive, unpack and check new deliveries, put products onto the sales floor and ensure they are correctly priced.

This is a temporary, part-time role working 8–12 hours per week on weekends only, with varied morning, afternoon and evening shifts. The contract end date is 9 January 2027.
