About the role
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll help make customers’ day by providing an amazing in-store experience and supporting the team to maintain high standards.
What you’ll do
- Assist customers with sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
- Maintain a well-presented shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms.
- Provide a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
- Receive, unpack and check new deliveries.
- Move products onto the sales floor and ensure they are correctly priced.
