Requirements
- Possess and consistently exhibit competencies relative to the position.
- Strong skills operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to support sound commercial decisions.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to travel domestically by car and air.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Four-year degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Physical and work requirements
The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise. It requires frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, talking, and hearing, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
