Qualifications and requirements

• Must possess and consistently exhibit competencies relative to the position.
• Excellent skills operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to support sound commercial decisions.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions with diverse groups.
• Ability to operate independently, use discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Four-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically by car and air.

Physical and work requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise.
