Requirements
- Possess and consistently demonstrate the competencies required for the position.
- Excellent skills operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to support sound commercial decisions.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to travel domestically by car and air.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Four-year degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Physical and work environment requirements
The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise. Duties regularly require talking or hearing, standing, walking, using hands, reaching, and occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
