Retail Assistant (Fixed Purpose Contract)

We are recruiting for Band A contracts of 11.5–14 hours per week and Band C contracts of 20–24 hours per week.
This role requires full flexibility across all 7 days of the week, including:
- Morning shifts
- Midday shifts
- Evening shifts
- Late evening shifts
- Weekends
- Bank holidays and public holidays
Candidates applying for a Band C contract must be eligible and available to work more than 20 hours per week. Due to the needs of the business, only candidates who can provide full flexibility across the above shift patterns will be considered.

What will I be doing?
- Provide customers with an amazing experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
- Set up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and the latest fashions.
- Keep a tidy and well-organised stockroom.
- Deliver a fast, friendly and efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
- Receive, unpack and check new deliveries.
- Move products onto the shop floor and ensure they are correctly priced and meet high standards.
