Availability: Thursdays and Fridays: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM; weekends: fully flexible availability.

What will I be doing?
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:
- Providing customers with an amazing experience, helping with sizes or styles, purchases, and returns
- Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms, keeping the stockroom tidy and well organised
- Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns
- Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries, getting products onto the shop floor, and ensuring they are correctly priced and meet high standards
Who you are
- Passionate about people and creating amazing experiences
- Honest and a strong communicator who can listen, share ideas, and get involved where needed
- Organised and attentive to detail
- A team player with high motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn
