What will I be doing?
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:
- Providing customers with an amazing experience, helping with sizes or styles, purchases and returns
- Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms, maintaining the stockroom and presenting the latest fashions
- Delivering a fast, friendly and efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns
- Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries, moving products to the shop floor and ensuring they are correctly priced
- Maintaining Primark’s high standards
Who you are

- Passion for people and creating amazing experiences
- Honesty and strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, share ideas and get involved
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A team player with high motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in fashion and the latest looks
- Ideally, some experience working within a busy retail environment
