Retail Assistant
Location: Primark Bedford
Pay rate: £13 per hour
Employment type: Fixed term, with the contract ending 02-01-2027
Job type: Part time
Contracted hours: Between 12 and 20 per week
Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, with varied morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
Eligibility
Primark can only employ individuals above the compulsory school leaving age in the country where they will be employed. You must have the right to work in the UK. Applicants must be aged 18 or over where the role requires regular working hours before 6:00am or after 11:00pm, due to legal restrictions on the working hours of young workers.

What you’ll do
- Provide customers with an amazing experience by assisting with sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
- Maintain a well-presented shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and current fashions on display.
- Deliver a fast and friendly experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
- Receive, unpack and check new deliveries.
- Move products onto the sales floor and ensure they are correctly priced and meet high standards.
