Responsibilities
As a Retail Assistant, you will help make our customers' days more enjoyable by:
- Providing an excellent customer experience and answering questions about sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
- Preparing the sales floor, replenishing shelves, organising fitting rooms, displaying the latest trends, and keeping the stockroom tidy and well organised.
- Providing a fast, friendly and efficient checkout experience while handling customer queries, cancellations and returns.
- Receiving, processing and checking new deliveries, bringing products to the sales floor, ensuring prices are correct and maintaining high standards.
What we are looking for
- Passion for working with people and creating excellent experiences.
- Honesty, good communication, listening skills, and the ability to share ideas and get involved when needed.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork, high motivation, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in fashion and the latest trends.
- Ideally, previous experience in a dynamic retail environment.
